How fast can a driver get to me?
Jobs go straight to the boards of nearby approved drivers, so most pickups are claimed within minutes. You can also post ahead for a later pickup window.
When am I actually charged?
Your payment method is authorised when you book and the funds are held in escrow. They are released to the driver only after the delivery is completed and confirmed.
Who can see my address?
Before you confirm a driver, they see only the approximate area of the pickup and drop-off. Exact addresses and contact details are revealed once you confirm the match.
What can't I send?
Hazardous materials, live animals, illegal goods, and other restricted categories are not accepted. The prohibited list is shown while you post the job.
Can I cancel after booking?
Yes. Cancelling before a driver is on the way is free; once a driver has committed to the run, a cancellation fee from your service area’s schedule may apply, and it is shown before you confirm the cancellation.
What do I need to drive?
A valid licence and insurance, a vehicle in one of our supported classes, and a passed background check. You apply once and start accepting jobs after approval.
